Global Senior Associate
Alexandre Paitre is the CEO and founder of Kepos Consulting, a private consulting firm specialized in human capital development, including leadership development, experiential learning, strategy implementation consulting, instructional design, and workshop facilitation. Alexandre is based in Taipei, Taiwan and works with domestic and international organizations primarily in Asia-Pacific and North America. By leading organizational change and leadership development projects, he supports his clients in articulating their talent and capabilities pool to the needs of their strategy and desired business goals.
In Asia, Alexandre has been working in a variety of industries, including Finance (Prudential, DBS, ING, Citi, NAB, OCBC), healthcare (Sanofi, GSK, Novartis, Takeda, Pfizer), professional services (EY, Deloitte, NTTData), manufacturing (Nitto Denko, Mahindra, Hutchinson Ports), technology (Uber, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks), and FMCG (Nike, Levi’s). His fields of intervention range from business acumen and strategic thinking to innovation, sales transformation initiatives, and senior leadership development.
In the recent years, Alexandre and Kepos consulting have designed, during the Covid-19 pandemic, virtual innovation labs to help leading advisory firms ideate, develop, and implement new service offerings aligned with the major trends of the century, primarily blockchain and web 3.0 and climate change & sustainability. About the latter, Alexandre is also a certified facilitator of climate change and sustainability programs (e.g. Climate Collage).
Alexandre is also very involved in pro-bono activities and has been one of the founding directors of the LIFT (Lycee international francais de Taipei), the first French / English / Chinese international school opened to both foreign and local students in Taipei, Taiwan.
Prior to that, Alexandre launched and led BTS in Asia. BTS is a publicly listed consulting company specialized in training and leadership development. During his 8 years at BTS, Alexandre developed the team from 2 to 50 employees, set up 6 offices across the region and grew the business from 0.5M to 12M+. During that time, Alexandre has the opportunity to work with 40+ of the top Fortune 100 companies.
Prior to working with BTS, Alexandre headed the Learning Solutions and Change Management Consulting Practice of IMS Health in Asia-Pacific. In this role, he developed a strong expertise in Sales Force Effectiveness and Marketing Excellence and launched a comprehensive portfolio of computer simulation-based workshops customized to the healthcare sector. Prior to that, Alexandre lived and worked in France, India, and Bolivia where he worked in different fields, hospitality (restaurant owner), education (university professor in La Paz), insurance (internal consultant to Generali Insurance), and social work (employee and pro-bono for Action against Hunger and Emmaus)
Alexandre speaks English, French, Spanish, Chinese, and German. He graduated from Lycée Henri IV in Paris, France and holds an MBA from ESSEC (France) and Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore). He is the father of 3 children, and he enjoys playing music (piano and guitar), reading (philosophy and science), and sports (trail running and tennis)
