Managing Partner

Patrick Donoghue is a Managing Partner at Action Learning Associates (ALA). Patrick has worked in the experiential leadership education field serving as a facilitator, teacher, coach, and guide. His passion and area of interest is in creating environments for groups to learn and grow through interactive experiential activities and lessons. He prioritizes opportunities for personal, team, and organizational growth through energy filled lessons and experiences.

Patrick has worked with clients across multiple industries and around the world to share his passion for experiential learning and leadership development. He has worked with executives, managers, and students from PwC, Cintas, Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, Entergy, Atkore, Greenslate, and Ted’s Montana Grill.

Patrick graduated from Gonzaga University where he studied Business Administration and Leadership Studies. Patrick lives in Crested Butte, Colorado where he enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, trail running, backpacking, and all that the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
